Mary Heare Amodio, Attorney at Law

Mary Heare Amodio has been a probate, trust, conservatorship, and estate planning attorney serving Lake County since 2010. Ms. Heare Amodio worked at Bank of America NA for 25 years and in the Bank of America Trust group as a Fiduciary Subject Matter Expert in San Francisco for 4 years after graduating from Golden Gate University School of Law. After retiring from the Bank of America, she returned to Northern California to dedicate her practice in Lake County to helping families with probate, trusts, conservatorship administration, and estate planning.
In addition to her private practice, Ms. Heare Amodio has served as a court-appointed attorney in probate and conservatorship cases for the local court since 2009, bringing extensive courtroom experience to her clients.

Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Heare Amodio proudly works with diverse families across Lakeport and the surrounding communities. She believes that legal guidance should be both professional and approachable, and she strives to ensure every client feels supported.
Mary received her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University’s School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002. She is a member of the California Bar and has served as President of the Lake County Bar Association since 2010, and has been an active member of many local business and charitable organizations.
