I specialize in probate matters, including probate, trust and conservatorship administration, guardianship and conservatorship petitions, small estate dispositions, and the court petitions needed to deal with these matters. In addition, I also assist individuals and families with comprehensive estate planning to ensure that their wishes are carried out when they are no longer able to manage their own affairs—with clarity and care.
As the primary public defender for probate and mental health conservatees in Lake County, I bring extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of these sensitive proceedings. My goal is to guide clients through challenging times with compassion, professionalism, and practical solutions.
